I am just looking for an inexpensive legal option to dispute a charge of $300 with my apartment complex. Is small claims court my only option or is there a court that specifically hears cases for renters and their landlords? So... I'm looking into Grad Schools and currently its between Texas Tech in Lubbock, Tx and U of Minnesota in St Paul/Minneapolis, Mn.
