Resolved Question: How much would it cost to sue a company in Lubbock, TX for $350 in small claims court? ?

I am suing a fence company for damaging my underground power lines when they installed my neighbor's fence. Repairs cost about $350. I have written them a letter notifying them that I am taking the case to small claims court. The filing fee for the petition is $37 plus cost of service. I am curious what an approximate cost of the "cost of service" will be. - Also should I try to sue for more to cover these costs or even sue for the fact that I didn't have power for 2.5 horrible days in the summer?...
